During my youth in France, I was used to one-size-fits-all, tiny European chocolates. As an adult in the US, I learned that people want to choose what suits them!
Hence the creation of my two Dessert Chocolates: the Great Peaks and Big Hearts. The Big Hearts are ideal for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or as the perfect final touch to a dinner party.
The Great Peaks are particularly suited for gifts in their beautiful presentation boxes for four or twelve chocolates. Each Great Peak is created with fruits and nuts that hail from that region: Mt Rainier (Cherry Almond), Kilimanjaro (Passion Fruit Vanilla), Mont Blanc (Hazelnut), Mt Olympus (Pistachio Raspberry), Annapurna (Ginger Caramel) and Cliffs of Brittany (Salted Caramel).
